Did you now that one of the best moves you can make to improve your sex life is to meditate? Meditation enhances our focus, our ability to feel sensations, and our capacity to hold space for ourselves and others.
In each class session, I introduce an aspect of “better sex” and give meditation instruction appropriate to all levels. Beginners welcome! Chairs and bolsters will be provided. If you have a meditation cushion you like to use, feel free to bring it!
Classes are held two Tuesdays per month at 6:30pm at SassWell Healing Arts in Severna Park, MD and also LIVE on ZOOM. Sign up in advance on the MindBody App to hold your spot. (Links for each session are below.) Drop-ins welcome, space permitting! $139 for the series, $20 drop in.
